All products we sell, comes with one-year warranty (90 days labor, 1 year parts) and in such cases the product will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

After 3-4 Months we do not exchange or give refunds for any item we sell.

Non-defective items that are returned are subject to no restocking fee. You may upgrade or downgrade an item within 30 days of purchase as long as the originally purchased product(s) are in new, resalable condition with all original packaging that have no markings on its box.

Any item that needs to be serviced or exchanged or refunded must be sent to us freight paid from our courier service's account.

Deliveries are to curb side for large packages and smaller packages to your door. UPS, FEDEX and other shippers we use do not deliver inside homes (For security purpose).

Prices cannot be adjusted once the order has been made.

Shipping charges are non-refundable in any case as we cannot reclaim these fees from our shippers.

Customers are not responsible to pay for any duties, taxes, customs and other clearance fees for orders shipped.

We do offer any type of insurance or warranty for damage caused to personal property or items used in conjunction with the products we sell.

Damage/Loss for items must be reported to the delivery company and to us within 1 week of receiving the ordered item(s).

Please remember that we are here to help our customers. We will do our best to meet your needs. We guarantee that we will do our best to service your item at low cost or even no cost to you even after the warranty period is over.

No restocking fee will be charged for a refund or an exchange. Restocking fee will not be charged for any voltage converters with fuse protection that are being exchanged. Restocking fee will not be charged for defective or damaged merchandise. Misused or abused merchandise will not be accounted as defective.

Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from inquiry.amperestore@zoho.com before returning any merchandise. Note that we will not accept any merchandise sent without a RMA number.

All returns must be in original non-damaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories or else it will not be accepted. Any missing items will be subject to a replacement charge.

Returns must be received within 15 days of the RMA's issuance.

Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns. Please be sure that return shipments are properly packed and fully insured. The company is not responsible for returned packages if lost by shipper.

Manufacturer's warranties are processed by the manufacturer. For warranty questions, inquiries, or repairs, please contact the manufacturer.

All defective merchandise may be returned back to us only within the 60-90 Days of receipt.
